Place an order
for $50.00 or more (excluding any applicable taxes) and your order will be
shipped FREE anywhere in the 48 Continental United States! Order must
be shipped to a single US address.
All orders under
$50.00 will be charged the low, standard shipping rate of only $4.50 and will be shipped via
UPS Ground Service to any of the 48 Continental United States. This low rate applies to
any order, regardless of the weight of the package. On most orders for in-stock items,
please allow 1 –2 business days processing time plus 3-7 business days for orders shipped
via UPS Ground Service. Orders outside the 48 Continental United States,
including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada will incur all shipping charges. For
delivery to rural areas that have only a PO Box as their delivery address, please call
for rates and shipping conditions.
Express delivery
(Next Day or 2nd Day Air) is available to most areas of the United States for
in-stock items. All orders requesting Next Day delivery will be processed and shipped the
same business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays) if they are received before
11:00 AM (MST), Monday through Friday. Allow one additional day for orders to Alaska,
Hawaii and U.S. Territories. All orders requesting express delivery services must have
the same billing and shipping address. Orders received during the weekend (excluding holidays)
will be processed and shipped on Monday. All orders shipped Next Day Air will incur
an additional charge of $20.00 to any shipping charges that already apply.
All orders shipped 2nd Day Air will incur an additional charge of $15.00 to
any shipping charges that already apply.
Currently, we ship to all locations within
the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories and Canada. We cannot
ship to P.O. Boxes except for those on U.S. military bases. We currently use UPS or DHL for
all shipments. However, you may request that your order be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
All orders shipped USPS will incur an additional charge of $7.00 to any shipping charges that
already apply.
If a product is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email and provide
an estimated time of delivery. Generally, we will hold an item on backorder status for a
period of 30 days, unless we are notified earlier to cancel the order. If your order is
delayed for any other reason, such as an invalid credit card, you will be notified by email of
the delay. In general, orders sent by Standard Ground Service will be delivered within 7 business
days from the shipping date. 2nd Day Delivery shipments will be delivered 2
business days following the shipment date. Next Day Air shipments will arrive the next
business day after the shipment date.
To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your
order, please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Any
additional costs incurred by Upscale Vitamins due to inaccurate address information provided by
the customer, including any shipping and handling costs incurred due to undeliverable orders,
will be charged to the credit card account of the customer.
